«Initial stand on the chin, shoulders and palms — Viparita Salabhasana» Lying abdomen down on the floor, arms along the torso and palms on the floor near the hips. Powerfully use the muscles of the back and the shoulders to raise to the initial stand, head down, supported by the chin, shoulders and the palms with non-marginal back bend (Photo 301). In this position, with an exhalation, fully straighten the arms and press them to the floor. Relax the front side of the neck and body and lower the feet to the floor. Straighten the legs in the knees as much as posible, and move the feet on the floor as far to the front of the face as is possible, thereby changing the position to marginal back bend in «Viparita Salabhasana» (Photo 302). Inhaling, reduce the depth of the bend, draw the hands closer to the chest and take the legs off the floor. Raise them into the non-marginal vertical stand with head down supported by the chin (Photo 301). With an exhalation, lower the body and legs into the initial position lying on the abdomen on the floor.
